Tomas Beariault '21, Nico Jordan '21, and Nick Stewart '21 have been named National Hispanic Recognition Program Scholars.

Initiated in 1983 by the College Board, the National Hispanic Recognition Program identifies outstanding Hispanic high school students and shares information about these academically well-prepared students with subscribing colleges and universities.

The three Prep seniors recognized scored in the top 2.5% of PSAT/NMSQT test takers who identify as one or more of the following: African American, Hispanic American or Latinx, Indigenous, or attend school in a rural area, or are from a small town.

Each year, the National Hispanic Recognition Program identifies approximately 7,000 of the highest-scoring students from a nationwide total of 250,000. In order to be eligible, students must be at least one-quarter Hispanic.

Congratulations, Tomas, Nico, and Nick!
